New Iyengar yoga induction courses, starting in November

Learn the basics of Iyengar yoga

-The practice of Iyengar yoga helps to improve flexibility, build up stamina, improve self confidence, and correct body alignment.

Induction course runs for four sessions, can be set on a specific day of the week, or at different days(Please discuss with teacher)
