-Good to know-
All you need to do is to contact us. Upon receiving an offer of a place, proceed with your registration and we will send you the login details.
-Live streaming classes via zoom to your computer; tablet or mobile phone, therefore you can take your yoga class wherever you are, home; office; park even when you go on holiday.
-To make the most of your online yoga experience, make some space for your YOGA MAT, ideally near a wall, or door that is not in use.
If you are a regular practitioner have your YOGA EQUIPMENT handy. Beginners, if you don’t have other YOGA PROPS, you can improvise: A bath towel can substitute a Blanket; hardcover books can replace Blocks; a scarf can be used instead of a YOGA BELT; having a Chair or stool handy is also practical.

-Do a test run with your webcam, to ensure you fit within the frame of your screen, both sitting and standing on the yoga mat (watch the video above). Thus, the teachers will be able to see you and give corrections when necessary.
On your first time, we recommend logging in 15 minutes before class starts so that we can check your setup.
-In certain circumstances, provided you have informed us, you may arrive up to 15 minutes late, we will not be able to admit latecomers beyond that point.
-Your online class bundle is valid for four weeks, it is not extendable. We have classes every day, so you can make up for any missed class.
-Remember, the most important thing is your willingness to practice and to keep yourself healthy in body, mind and spirit.
