Three-Hour Iyengar Yoga Workshop – Members £40, Non-Members £45
This workshop will help you stay on track and overcome the challenges you face throughout the year.
It is designed for those who want a longer practice. It also provides the opportunity to practice postures not typically covered in regular classes due to time constraints.
Each workshop will have its own theme, which you will work towards, ensuring you achieve your goal.
The workshop includes Standing, Balancing, Forward and Backward Asana practice, along with Restorative Yoga and Pranayama.
