We recommend that you attend one induction class per week. However, you may do more than once a week and complete your induction course sooner, if you want to(see beginners classes dates on the classes timetable and speak to us).

The Induction courses run weekly, and you have up to two months to complete.
Please note: All induction students need to fill out the Health and Fitness questionnaire on submit.
