We at yogainforesthill, are honoured to receive the visit of Devki Desai; one of the senior teachers at the mother institute in Pune-India.Devki, started her yoga journey in 1984.
She Learned directly from BKS Iyengar, Prashant, and Geeta Iyengar. She began teaching at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune, India, in 1995.
Today, she teaches children, ladies, general and advance classes as well as therapeutic and pranayama classes.Devki has travelled worldwide in Europe, Asia and America and Canada, promoting the work of Gurugi Iyengar. And in 2007, Devki alongside Dr Rajlaxmi, co-hosted the National Iyengar yoga convention at Brunel University.
