New Induction course (four lessons)
New to yoga or to the centre. This course will give you all you need to know about Iyengar yoga to start a regular yoga practice, using the safest method. Registering to this four week course will get you two months membership free. Cost £70 (via bank transfer) or +£2.40 of Paypal charges.
