Grazia and Robbie live in London, Grazia was born in Italy and Robbie in Brazil. They are married, and they both worked together as dance partners. Just before the birth of their son, they felt the call for yoga and soon after they were blessed to meet BKS Iyengar. Few years later they both became Iyengar yoga teachers, and in 2015 they became qualified Senior Iyengar teachers.
Their first trip to Pune was for Guruji’s 80th birthday in 1998 in “Ambrosia”, where they performed a dance piece at the event. After that, they started attending classes together with their young child at the “Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute, Pune” from 2010.
In 2020, beginning of the lockdown in the UK, they were very fortunate and grateful to be able to continue their regular weekly classes directly from the Ramamani Institute via zoom. Also during that period, they were introduced to the works of Villy Doctor, the guiding light in Satya Meditation, and they have been following Villy Ma on Facebook since then.
